Can I start with a photograph or a loose idea?
Yes. A subject, reference photograph, sketch or a description of the space is enough to start the conversation. For wood and stone carving, tell us about the pose, scale and level of detail you have in mind. We will discuss what can be made.
How are price and delivery agreed?
Your quote reflects the design, size, making work, finish, optional gift box and delivery needs. We confirm the scope and proposed timing with you before you approve it. A requested date is a preference until confirmed.
Can the gift box be designed around the piece?
Yes. We can discuss a fitted interior, the presentation, a personal note and protective packing for the journey. Include the occasion and any personal details in your brief so we can include them in the proposal.
Will my piece be unique?
Each commission is individually designed and handmade as a one-of-a-kind work. Reference images guide the direction; they are not a promise of an identical copy. Natural variations in grain, texture, colour and brushwork are part of the finished piece. The actual item received is the final reference.
