Only one of each listed piece is available. Quantity is fixed at 1. Unpaid orders do not reserve stock. Availability is confirmed when payment is verified.

International courier and transport insurance are included. Destination import duties, taxes and clearance charges are payable by the recipient.

Oil paintings are sold unframed. Optional frame packages add USD 40,000, USD 90,000 or USD 200,000 per painting, including the additional packing and international shipping required for the framed piece. Confirm dimensions with us before payment. Previews are illustrative; the item received is the final reference.

2. Read the refund policy

You may request cancellation on our official WhatsApp before your goods are shipped. Cancellation is effective only after we confirm it.

After handover to the carrier, changes of mind and other personal reasons do not qualify for cancellation or return. Wrong-item, damage and statutory rights are covered in the full policy.

I understand that I may request cancellation through the official ZENIX LUCKY GOODS LIMITED WhatsApp customer-service channel before the goods are shipped. Once the goods have been physically handed to the carrier, I cannot cancel the order merely because I changed my mind or for another personal reason.I have checked and confirmed that the product(s), product description, price, quantity, and order information are correct.
